Job Summary:

Shikshaa Simple Learn is seeking experienced and enthusiastic

Mechanical Trainers

to deliver high-quality training on

CATIA, ANSYS, and SolidWorks

to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring students gain hands-on proficiency in mechanical design and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on CATIA, ANSYS, and SolidWorks. Develop and update course materials, projects, and assessments as per industry standards. Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students. Prepare students for real-world applications and career opportunities. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure course objectives are met. Support marketing and demo sessions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Software Proficiency:

Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: CATIA ANSYS SolidWorks Good communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Industry or academic training experience preferred.
