Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Mechanical Trainer

to educate people in a mechanical field. You will be teaching technical skills that will make them better professionals. We expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

The goal is to contribute to the development of people's skills to meet organizational needs.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

As a part of a healthy team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes -

Proven experience as Faculty/Teaching profile. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Experience in designing technical course content. Ability to address training needs with complete courses Should be able to train students skill sets like Auto-CAD, Solid Works,and should be comfortable in teaching. Should have the capability to conduct the practical session and clear student's doubts. Prepare reports and maintain records, such as student grades, training activities. Teaching experience will be preferred. Working knowledge in MS Office Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Educational Qualification:B.E OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR related field.
