- Helper (Tool Room / CNC / Injection Moulding) Job Title: Helper Location: Coimbatore Industry: Tool Room / Injection Moulding Employment Type: Full-time

? Responsibilities

Assist CNC operator, toolmaker, and machine operator with daily tasks

Support in loading/unloading materials, moulds, components

Maintain cleanliness of machines and workspace

Handle basic tasks such as:

Deburring

Cleaning tools

Arranging materials

Moving items within shop

Pack finished parts and label them

Follow safety rules while handling machines and tools

Assist in mould changeover or setup under supervision

Maintain records for material movement (if required)

Support in general shop activities and maintenance

? Required Skills

Basic understanding of workshop environment

Willingness to learn CNC, toolmaking, and moulding operations

Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, shifting, cleaning)

Good discipline and punctuality

Ability to follow instructions correctly

Safety awareness

No specific qualification required

ITI background (optional, but useful)

? Experience

0-2 years (freshers can apply)

Experience in machine shop / injection moulding is a plus

? Salary Range (Coimbatore)

?8,000 - ?10,000 per month
(Depending on experience + shift allowance if applicable)

? Work Schedule

8/10-hour shifts (as per company requirement)

Overtime available based on workload
