Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical Trainer (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, Automobile Design)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mechanical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in advanced engineering tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit MEP, and Automobile Design concepts. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mechanical engineering design and simulation, along with the ability to effectively teach and mentor students or professionals in utilizing these industry-leading software tools for mechanical and automobile design applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Training Sessions:

o Plan and deliver structured training programs in ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, and automobile design concepts to individuals and groups.

o Teach design, simulation, and analysis processes using the above software, focusing on real-world applications and industry best practices.

o Develop and deliver practical exercises, case studies, and hands-on workshops to reinforce concepts.

2. Curriculum Development:

o Develop detailed and up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises for each software tool (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA).

o Create a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with current trends in mechanical engineering and automobile design.

o Regularly update the training content to reflect the latest software features, tools, and industry standards.

3. Hands-On Assistance:

o Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to trainees who require additional support on specific topics.

o Guide trainees through design simulations, modelling, analysis, and optimization techniques using ANSYS, SolidWorks, and CATIA.

o Assist trainees in understanding complex concepts such as finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), kinematics, and product design.

4. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

o Evaluate trainee progress through assignments, practical tests, and projects.

o Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

o Track attendance, performance, and progress of trainees, ensuring that they meet learning objectives.

5. Industry Best Practices:

o Stay updated with the latest developments in ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, and automobile design.

o Integrate industry standards and real-world case studies into training programs to ensure trainees receive practical, applicable knowledge.

o Provide insights into emerging technologies and trends in the field of mechanical engineering and automobile design.

6. Collaboration and Mentorship:

o Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to enhance training offerings.

o Provide mentorship to individuals looking to specialize in mechanical design, simulation, and automobile engineering.

7. Technical Support:

o Offer technical support for troubleshooting software-related issues or design challenges during training sessions.

o Ensure that all participants have the necessary tools and equipment for training, and assist with software installations or updates as needed.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field.

o Certifications or specialized training in ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, and/or other relevant mechanical design tools are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
o Expertise in ANSYS for mechanical simulations, FEA, and CFD analysis.

o Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D CAD modelling, assembly design, and simulation.

o Deep understanding of CATIA, especially in the context of automotive design, surface modeling, and advanced assembly.

o Experience in automobile design, including vehicle systems, components, and performance analysis.

Experience:
o A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, and automobile design projects.

o Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in mechanical or automobile engineering fields is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:
o Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.

o Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to motivate and engage trainees.

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.

Other:
o Willingness to stay updated on new trends, tools, and methodologies in mechanical design and automobile engineering.

o Ability to adapt training methods based on the individual learning styles of trainees.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Pune

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Note: MATLAB / Simulink for Electric Vehicle is added advantage
