Pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers
Dry rides (Giant Wheel, Columbus, Chairoplane, Crazy Raft, etc.)
Adventure activities (Zipline, Rope Course, Bungee Trampoline)
Inspect mechanical components for
wear, alignment, lubrication, and safety compliance
Ensure smooth functioning of moving parts such as bearings, chains, shafts, couplings, and belts
Attend
mechanical breakdowns immediately
to minimize downtime
Diagnose faults and perform
repair or replacement
of faulty components
Coordinate with
electrical technicians
for electromechanical systems
Maintain spare parts inventory and report requirements in advance
Follow all
park safety SOPs, OEM manuals, and statutory guidelines
Perform
pre-opening safety checks
before park operations
Report unsafe conditions, abnormal noises, vibration, or leaks immediately
Ensure lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures during maintenance work
