Job Description

:

This role focuses on the mechanical build and assembly of EVs including chassis, suspension, drivetrain, steering, and body components. The technician is expected to execute precise assembly operations, ensure quality fitment, and support integration with electrical and design functions to deliver structurally sound and production-ready vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble chassis, axles, wheels, suspension, body panels, seats, etc. Fit mechanical linkages like steering, braking systems, and mechanical supports. Interpret mechanical drawings and build manuals. Perform basic troubleshooting and report any fitment issues.
Skills Required:

Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and use measuring tools. Understanding of drivetrain, suspension, and steering systems. Safety-focused and physically capable of assembly work.
Education & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile. 2-5 years of experience in vehicle assembly or fabrication.
