Job Description

Routine Maintenance:

Performing tasks like lubricating moving parts, changing filters, and inspecting components to prevent malfunctions.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing issues with machinery and conducting necessary repairs to restore functionality.

Installation:

Assisting with the installation of new equipment, ensuring it's set up correctly and safely.

Preventative Measures:

Devising maintenance plans to avoid future malfunctions and minimize downtime.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed records of machine service history and maintenance activities.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and Control of Hazardous Energy procedures.

Collaboration:

Working with engineers and other technicians to provide technical support and contribute to system improvements.

Quality Control:

Running tests to ensure equipment and products meet specifications and are safe for use.

Training:

Potentially training other personnel on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Optimizing Performance:

Adjusting machinery and equipment settings to maximize efficiency.
