Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nanjanagudu, Mysore for a Mechanical Supervisor at Topline Integrated Services Private Limited. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of mechanical maintenance tasks, ensure the timely completion of preventive maintenance activities, and manage maintenance schedules and repairs. Responsibilities also include conducting equipment and site inspections, reporting findings, and coordinating with the team to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems. The Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team and ensure efficient operations Expertise in Preventive Maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure timely resolution of system flaws Proficiency in Maintenance Management and ability to oversee repair schedules and allocate resources effectively Experience in conducting thorough Inspections and ensuring regular assessments of mechanical equipment and systems Technical knowledge of Maintenance processes and procedures applicable to mechanical systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are advantageous Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and collaborate with diverse teams

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
