We are looking for an experienced Mechanic Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations and lead a team of technicians. The role involves supervising repairs, ensuring quality standards, meeting delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide mechanics and technicians in daily repair and maintenance work Allocate jobs based on skill level and workload Ensure repairs are completed as per company standards and safety guidelines Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and quality of work Diagnose technical issues and support the team with complex repairs Coordinate with service advisors and parts team for smooth workflow Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness Handle customer technical concerns when required Maintain job cards, reports, and workshop records

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a mechanic, with supervisory experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and diagnostics Good leadership and team management skills Basic computer knowledge for reports and job tracking Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in authorized service center or multi-brand workshop Knowledge of warranty processes and quality audits Good communication and problem-solving skills
