Mechanical Supervisors.
Mechanical Diploma Holder with 3-5 years' experience in fabrication of M.S tanks and Vessels, M.S and S.S Pipelines.
Good knowledge in various welding processes like Arc welding, MIG and TIG welding. He should be familiar with welding Procedures for various type of welding for various jobs mentioned above.
Knowledge of Bending/ Rolling of M.S Plates, gas cutting, Grinding, finishing, Hydrotesting.
Above all labour handling and shop management.
Store/ Purchase supervisor.
B.Sc. or BCom. Candidate can be shortlisted if he is capable.
For Store, the supervisor should have basic knowledge of Mechanical parts and accessories.
Knowledge of storing properly so that the materials are easily accessible and safe.
Keeping records of all materials that are kept in store. Keeping tracks of materials which are going "OUT" or coming 'IN".
For Purchase, the candidate should be familiar with the Delhi-NCR market.
Should be able to raise enquiries for materials to be purchased, locate a prospective vendor, take quotations, negotiate rates, and finally make a comparative of rates given by different vendors and take approval.
After taking approval from the authority, he should be able to make P.O and present it to management for approval.
Follow up of vendors for timely supplying of materials, and for defective materials.
He should be tactful and able to communicate with fluency with the vendor.
