Job Description

Supervise and monitor the maintenance and repair of four-wheelers. Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Troubleshoot recurring issues and recommend preventive actions. Allocate work to mechanics and support staff. Ensure timely completion of repair jobs with quality checks. Train mechanics and helpers on SOPs and safety practices.

Daily update of maintenance activities on ERP.

Post purchase requests (PRs) for spare parts, tools, and consumables on ERP.

Update invoices from vendors/service providers on ERP for approval.

Maintain logbooks, fuel consumption reports, and service history in ERP. Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and service contracts. Negotiate cost and timelines for outsourced repairs. Verify and approve vendor invoices before forwarding.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in four-wheeler maintenance supervision. Hands-on experience in engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical repairs. ERP (SAP/Zoho/Oracle/Custom) working knowledge is a must.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of four-wheelers. Proficiency in ERP systems for day-to-day operations. Leadership and team-handling skills. Vendor negotiation and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
