Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical operations and maintenance within the manufacturing unit. Monitor, repair, and maintain production machinery, equipment, and utilities. Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Allocate work to technicians/operators and ensure timely completion with quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production lines. Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts records, and equipment performance reports. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies. Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for smooth operations. Provide training and technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery and production equipment. Hands-on experience in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical manuals. Leadership and team management abilities. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting abilities.
