Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workforce
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor material usage and report shortages
Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed
Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports
Resolve on-site issues and report to the project/management team
Ensure timely completion of work with quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil / Mechanical or relevant field
Minimum experience as a Site Supervisor preferred
Knowledge of construction/site execution activities
Ability to read drawings and plans
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to work on-site
