: Site Supervisor (Mechanical)

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Interview Location Bhandup)

Department: Project Execution / Maintenance

Reports to: Project Manager / Site Engineer

Job Objective:

Oversee on-site mechanical operations, ensuring all lifting activities and

equipment maintenance comply with safety standards and regulatory

requirements (specifically Form 11).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Training: Manage and train a team of technicians, riggers,
and helpers. Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings.

Lifting Operations: Plan and supervise all lifting activities, ensuring the
correct selection and use of Lifting Tools and Tackles (slings, shackles,

pulleys, etc.).

Statutory Compliance: Maintain and verify Form 11 records for the
testing and examination of hoists, lifts, and lifting machines as per the

Factories Act.

Technical Oversight: Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to
guide site installation and repair work.

Safety & Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of mechanical
equipment and site conditions to prevent hazards.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Required). Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site supervision and
team training.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of lifting tools, tackles, and mechanical
maintenance procedures.

Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in maintaining documentation related
to Form 11.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
