Job Description

Equipment Installation & Maintenance

: Install, maintain, and commission new equipment and systems to ensure they are operating correctly.

Troubleshooting & Repair

: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and carry out necessary repairs on equipment and machinery.

Customer Support

: Provide on-site or remote technical support to clients, respond to service calls, and offer technical advice and training on equipment usage.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities, installation procedures, and repairs.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other technical staff, engineering teams, and support teams to resolve complex problems and improve equipment performance.

Compliance & Safety

: Ensure all operations adhere to safety and regulatory standards and protocols.

Technical Expertise

: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in their field of expertise.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools required for service and repairs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
