MS/ENF focuses on Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Electromagnetic (EMAG) and System level simulations for a broad product portfolio. We are a team of highly motivated and qualified professionals who provide value added engineering solutions for the day-to-day business of BOSCH group and other global community.



Be an integral part of specialist team that is responsible for Structural simulation, Material modeling and characterization etc. and that works across various product design teams at BOSCH. The main activities include FEA modeling (Physical models and/or Data models), Meta model development, build-up of model libraries, engineering analysis, and material characterization, along with verification and validation of mechanical simulation models.

Tasks * Experience in Mechanical component design / simulation activities

• Ability to build up structural simulation FE-Models in HyperMesh using 2D and 3D meshing techniques.
• Ability to perform mechanical simulations using ABAQUS
• Ability to make good requirement analysis and understanding the inner details of simulation parameters/boundary conditions/material parameters.
• Ability to interpret/visualize the simulation results independently
• Ability to make report and discuss the results with customer independently
• Experience in communicating independently with stakeholders
• Customer & project stake holder Meetings
• Ability to automate simulation activities/processes using python
• Support domain competency development initiatives
• Project status reporting to customer & Customer Presentation

Requirements * Ability to understand physics and build simulation models for structural, thermal and thermo-mechanical analysis

• Strong fundamentals in Mechanical engineering and programming skills
• Ability to quickly grasp, adapt and work with new emerging technologies with agility and flexibility
• Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team and involve in team activities.
• Good Communication & analytical skills
• Excellent Problem solving, analytical, logical thinking and Technical troubleshooting skills.
• German language proficiency is an added advantage

Key Qualifiers:

• Solver: Abaqus/Standard (Mandatory)
• Pre-processing: Hex and Tetra meshing in Abaqus/CAE & Hypermesh
• Experience in handling complete workflow using Abaqus CAE (Pre to Post Processing)
• Hyper mesh
• Input deck preparation: Abaqus/CAE (Mandatory)
• Post processing: Abaqus/CAE viewer (Mandatory)
• Modelling techniques (Mandatory):

• Static nonlinear, Contact modeling
• Elastic - Plastic material modelling of Metals, Thermo-Plastics
• Modelling techniques (Added advantage):

• Hyper elastic material modelling (e.g., O rings, dampers)
• Very strong Analytical Skills to verify computational outputs

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced simulation colleagues with below Finite Element Analysis skillsets

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Automotive/Production
M.E./M.Tech Mechanical/Automotive/Production/CAD-CAM
