Job Description

We are looking for a competent and committed Service Engineer to become part of our team. The role involves installation, servicing, and repair of equipment, along with providing effective technical support and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, clear communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and test equipment at client sites. Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner. Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on equipment. Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation. Prepare detailed reports on service and repair work completed. Maintain a strong understanding of company products and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in servicing pumps, valves, compressors, or other industrial equipment.
