. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the machine manufacturing sector
Generate leads through field sales, references, and market research
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines/solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical explanations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals successfully
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with production, service, and dispatch teams for order execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industrial events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of sales experience in machine manufacturing or industrial equipment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes
Ability to explain technical products clearly to customers
Willingness to travel for client visits
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
