Roles and Responsibilities

?Ensure quality compliance for CNC/VMC machined components and aerospace & defense assemblies.
?Develop and implement quality inspection plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
?Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP documentation, and manage quality reports as per AS9100 standards.
?Conduct in-process inspection, final inspection, and prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Reports).
?Collaborate with production & design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
?Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments, gauges, and CMM.
?Ensure compliance with Aerospace & Defense quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP exposure preferred).
?Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective & preventive action (CAPA).

What we are expecting:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical Quality Engineer role. Experience in

Aerospace and defense industry

required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
