Job Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection:

Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspection results, and non-conformance reports.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements and work with the
team to implement changes to enhance product quality.

Compliance:

Ensure that all processes and products comply with industry standards
and regulatory requirements.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve quality-related issues, including analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions.

Reporting:

Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and fabrication processes.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to identify and address defects or deviations from quality standards.

Communication:

Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities to address quality issues and implement improvements.

Familiarity with Tools:

Knowledge of measurement and testing tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality inspection instruments.
