Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Mechanical QC Engineer (Fresher)

to join our Quality team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in Quality Control. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in quality inspection, testing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

inspections for raw materials and components. Prepare

rejection material reports

and assist in documentation. Support in

CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)

and

8D report preparation

. Perform shop-floor inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct mechanical testing such as:

Hardness Testing

UTM (Universal Testing Machine) operations

Conductivity testing using Ohm Meter

Assist in preparing quality records, reports, and maintaining proper documentation. Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements

B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

(Freshers eligible). Strong interest in Quality Control and willingness to learn. Basic understanding of mechanical testing methods (preferred but not mandatory). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on shop floor and in a team environment.
