Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Mechanical QC (Quality Control) Engineer to join our team at Hexa Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical products, components, and processes meet company and industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test mechanical components, assemblies, and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.

Conduct dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

Identify defects and non-conformities, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with the production team.

Work closely with design, production, and purchase departments for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement improvements.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2-5 years of experience in mechanical QC or similar role (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).

Strong knowledge of QC tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical drawings.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
