Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of projects involving industrial chimneys, tanks, pressure vessels, ducting, heat exchangers, scrubbers, and other fabricated structures. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, QA/QC, Purchase) for smooth workflow. Supervise fabrication, welding, erection, and commissioning as per drawing and technical specs. Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and execution timelines. Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and manage technical clarifications or revisions. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Maintain documentation: daily reports, DPRs, site inspection records, and client sign-offs. Optimize resources and ensure cost control while meeting project deliverables.

Skills & Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication, structural erection, and industrial project execution. Practical experience with welding, NDT, pressure testing, and other QA/QC protocols. Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and isometrics. Hands-on with project scheduling tools, MS Excel, and progress tracking. Good leadership, team coordination, and site supervision abilities. Exposure to chimney erection, scrubber installation, ducting routing, or pressure vessel commissioning is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication/project engineering within similar industries. Background in custom fabrication, EPC projects, or industrial installations is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
