Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Should be responsible for the KPI's of :

1. Efficiency & productivity (Engineering hours per project & Task completion rate)

2. Quality of work (Defect rate in installed systems or Rework incidents)

3. Documentation & Sop compliance

4. Client Satisfaction(Client feedback scores & Repeat business rate)

5. EquipmentPerformance(Equipmentqualificationsuccessrate&Commissioninglead time)

6. Project Delivery (On-time completion percentage & Budget adherence)

Responsibilities

? Planandmonitordailyproductionschedulestomeetdeliverytargetsofclients.Also Oversee

installation of machinery and equipment.

? Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and timely operations.

? Identify and fix production issues to reduce downtime.

? Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

? Collaborate with teams such as design, procurement, and quality control to improve

production efficiency.

? Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

? Assist in implementing new technologies, processes, or automation systems.

? Train staff on new equipment or updated production processes.

? Manage production budgets, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
