Job Description

Developing and implementing daily plans, monitoring production schedules, and adjusting them as needed to meet targets and customer demand Ensuring that production processes meet quality standards, checking output for defects, and implementing corrective actions to address issues. Monitoring workflow, analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. A strong understanding of hydraulic systems, including components like pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and their associated technical diagrams and manuals. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining records, interpreting technical documents, and facilitating communication between maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Manage the procurement and availability of necessary parts, materials, and tools for maintenance activities, often liaising with procurement and storerooms. The ability to diagnose complex issues, analyse data, and make informed decisions to resolve problems. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and provide guidance on maintenance matters Act as a liaison between maintenance technicians, engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
