Direct Reportees

Purpose Statement

- Assure replacement and corrective maintenance of static assets to ensure they give rated performance with zero tolerance of safety


- Complete daily routine activities related to arrangements for transferring different chemicals, operational problems arising in production system, various repair and maintenance for smooth operation and also ensure that all maintenance is to be carried with safety

Key Role & Responsibilities

- Undergo training related to maintenance practices & procedures


- Observe the abnormalities in assets, if any, and communicate to immediate Supervisor and Executive for necessary corrective actions


- Perform all the types of maintenance of static equipment, operational requirement, piping system, chemical transferring system as per SOP with all safety measures and Work quality standard


- Suggest corrective ideas and modification to improve reliability of equipments / system


- Get duly approved work permit with zero tolerance on safety and quality of repair and maintenance & as per priority communicated


- Communicate abnormalities and any deviation in the quality of work during maintenance of the rotating equipment to the Supervisor and Executive (Maintenance) for necessary corrections


- Ensure that all types of jobs including maintenance activities are carried out as per Maintenance Procedures of Equipment Standard and SMP with Zero Tolerance on Quality of Work
