We ECI Sytem Private Limited As a manufacturer of automation control panels and channel partner to leading brands in automation products, We have urgent requirement for Mechanical mfg head Responsible for fabrication of MS , SS Enclosures, MCC , PCC Panels , IEC 61439 Enclosures, MV Panels Able to design concept of new enclosures Should have knowledge and experience of various welding practice Responsible for implementation of TQM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Productivity improvement
methods. Knowledge about powder coating plants and process \xe2\x80\x93 Should pose skills in setting up new powder coating facility
To co ordinate all activities required to direct and control manufacturing quality.
Review product quality requirements for individual clients and projects and interact with QA/ QC for
QAP.
Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure consistent quality of product, validation of
process, provide necessary documentations and enforcing good manufacturing systems and
process.
Ensure those requirements are understood and implemented to manage the quality of
manufactured items to meet the requirements of the contract specifications.
Aware of ISO systems and its implementations.
Ensure that the department is performing against the KPI s set. Report to Senior Management the
KPI performance any need for improvements.
Control and Maintenance of Fabrication Department Budget and interface with Machine shop Head
and Marketing Head. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
