: MEP BIM ModelerPosition: MEP BIM ModelerExperience: 2-3 years (US projects)Location: Baner, PuneEmployment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP BIM Modeler with 2-3 years of proven experience delivering BIM models for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manage parametric families for Mechanical and Plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models in Revit for US commercial and residential projects.
Create, modify, and maintain parametric Revit families to support project-specific requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated models.
Interpret and apply US codes, standards, and project specifications within BIM workflows.
Support project teams with shop drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation.
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM execution plans.
Collaborate with project managers and BIM coordinators to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2-3 years of experience working on US-based MEP projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP with advanced knowledge of parametric family creation.
Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Understanding of MEP systems design and documentation standards.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality BIM outputs.
Exposure to BIM 360/ACC platforms
