Manage and lead a team of mechanical engineers Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements and incorporate them into company strategy Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Mechanical Engineering Manager Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing principles Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer Ability to think critically and solve complex problems Demonstrated ability to manage and meet project timelines and budgets.
