Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine appropriate repairs.
Perform repairs and replace defective components on mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for all machinery and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production disruptions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
