Machine handling - Press, hydraulic machine , Numatics
Roles and responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Routine Maintenance

: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Troubleshooting and Repairs

: Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs or replacements of worn or malfunctioning parts.

Installation

: Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration according to manufacturer specifications.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including creating reports on interventions and outcomes.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other technical staff, such as electrical and structural engineers, to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of systems.

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Training and Support

: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and other staff members on maintenance practices and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
