Primary purpose of the Job

As a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer, He will play Important role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of mechanical systems within an industrial setting. His responsibilities will encompass preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery and equipment to minimise downtime and optimize productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and strategies to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.

Conduct regular inspections to identify the issues and proactively address them before they escalate. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose mechanical issues through observation and testing techniques. Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise to repair or replace defective parts. Restore machinery and equipment to operational condition in a timely manner to minimise production downtime.

Equipment Upgrades and Modifications:

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades or modifications aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and parts inventory.

Generate reports detailing maintenance outcomes, equipment performance, and improvement opportunities. SAP PM Module (PR Creation, Breakdown Notification, Reservation, Service order, Measuring Point updating)

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all maintenance operations.

Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with mechanical systems and equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
