Job Description

Primary purpose of the Job

Perform corrective & routine maintenance, periodical verification & calibration, installation, commissioning & testing and troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronics and digital field instrumentation in organisation facilities in accordance with established schedules & procedures.

Field equipment includes all process variable measuring devices such as flow, pressure, temperature, level, vibration and control, emergency shutdown, blow down and motor operated valves, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reports to the Nominated Organisation Maintenance superior. Ensures compliance with PPM requirements and prepares records of validation / calibration data and details of maintenance activities carried out. Highlight & report any anomalies and diagnose & repair of faults & breakdowns. Submits reports on incidents and failure investigations as and when required. Participates in acceptance tests of new and upgrade systems, identifies deficiencies and provides
Punch list.

Ensures safety of personnel and equipment through compliance with company's Environmental
Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards.

Participates in Regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
