We are looking for a

Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of our plant and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery--especially within an agricultural or seed processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on seed processing and packing machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize equipment downtime Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment history Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs without disrupting workflow Source and manage inventory of spare parts and tools Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance practices Supervise and lead the maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely completion

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in seed or food processing Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong understanding of packing machines, conveyors, dryers, elevators, and treatment systems Familiarity with PLC systems, electrical panels, and automated equipment is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
