Elevate Parking Systems LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead and manage the technical team responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our automated multi-level car parking systems. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum system uptime, efficiency, and safety at our Bhandarli Village location.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Preventive Maintenance (PM):
o Develop, schedule, and execute comprehensive
Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans
for all electro-mechanical components, including lifts, turntables, conveyance systems, and control units.
o Ensure all scheduled PM activities are completed on time and according to manufacturer specifications to minimize breakdowns.
2.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
o Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults (e.g., PLC, VFDs, sensor failures) quickly and effectively.
o Respond immediately to system alerts and failures to ensure swift resolution and operational continuity.
3.
Team Leadership & Management:
o Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
o Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and evaluate team performance.
4.
Safety & Compliance:
o Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols (LOTO, working at heights, electrical safety) and company policies.
o Ensure all maintenance work complies with relevant local regulations and industry standards.
5.
Inventory & Documentation:
o Manage the inventory of critical spare parts and consumables, initiating purchase requests as needed.
o Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, breakdowns, repair times, and parts consumption using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in automated equipment, heavy machinery, elevators, or material handling systems.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of
PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
, hydraulic systems, three-phase power, VFDs, and sensor technology.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Location:
Must be willing to work at the Bhandarli Village, Shil-Kalyan Phata location and be flexible with shift timings as required by system operations.
