Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Execution:

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and utility systems like boilers, air compressors, and purified water systems.

Equipment Support:

Ensure the smooth operation of production equipment such as tablet presses, mixers, dryers, and packaging machines.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues, employing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and technical reports to ensure traceability and compliance.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations to maintain a compliant production environment.

Collaboration:

Work with engineering and production teams on implementing corrective actions, system upgrades, and new equipment installations.

Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance on equipment operation and maintenance best practices to operators and other team members.

Reading Schematics:

Interpret and apply mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.
