Job Description

? All Machinery Installation, Erection & commissioning work

? All Break Down attend like Electrical, Mechanical & Fabrication related work after receiving of BDM

? Distribute the work as Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance work as per Schedule of Plant Maintenance

? Maintain History card of Machine to reduce the break down time as per BDM

? Always try to maintain machine in Healthy or working condition

? Check sufficient consumable stocks of spares & inform to HOD/STORE

? Observe & inform to HOD for the required value of earth resistance for protection against live line fault in peak hours.

? Maintain the record of fuel & Diesel consumption used utility operation

? Take close follow up with Vendors & service person when we required help from outside sourcing & inform to HOD & Respective department as and when required

? Maintain Audit related & 5s related documents as required

? Guide & work as follow the rules & regulation of ISO & 5S

? Maintaining G.E.B. G7 sheet daily data record (kwh,kvah,kvarh,RMD,BMD.)

? Daily material requisition slip Make and Proceed for that.

? Daily material outward gate pass Maintain and track the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
