Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
Hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Familiar with preventive maintenance software (CMMS preferred).
Good communication, team coordination, and analytical skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
3-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing or HVAC plant).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Machine uptime percentage.
Number of breakdowns per month.
Maintenance cost control.
Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Safety incidents during maintenance work.
