Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and preventive maintenance techniques. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and use precision measurement tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Perform routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems and production equipment.

2) Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns in machinery and tools.

3) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as:

Turning Milling Grinding
4) Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

5) Understand and apply fits and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

6) Use precision measuring instruments such as:

Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge
7)Maintain records of maintenance activities and assist in maintaining inventory of tools and spare parts.

8)Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure machine efficiency and product quality.

9)Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.

Working knowledge of GD&T, fits, and tolerances.

Experience using mechanical measuring instruments and tools.
