The ideal candidate should have a strong Knowledge and background in CNC Turning Centres and its Mechanical Maintenance, to ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments and troubleshooting of
CNC machines, Machining Centers
, include machines for Turning, Milling, Bending, Punching, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface Grinding.
Perform Machine & Spindle alignments for CNC Machines as and when required
Maintain Repair and replacement of defective components and parts to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical / electrical issues in CNC equipment / Machines. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies along with accurate documentation
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Mechanist, with Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience. Having hands-on experience with of
CNC machines, Machining Centers
