Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; schedule and perform routine inspections.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical faults, repair or replace defective components, and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and industry standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for all maintenance activities and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Control maintenance tools, stores, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaboration: Work with production, electrical, and other teams to schedule maintenance and minimize disruption.
• Leadership: Supervise maintenance technicians and provide training.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and computer skills for diagnostics.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
