Job Description

Maintenance

: Performing preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment
Repairs & maintenance of MIG welding machines, Utility (DG set, Compressor, EOT crane,etc)

Installation

: Installing new equipment and power transmission systems

Troubleshooting

: Identifying problems by observing machinery and running diagnostic tests

Reporting

: Preparing maintenance reports and collecting and analysing data
Preparing & maintaining of critical spare parts list of key equipment

Training

: Training production workers on preventive maintenance and providing mechanical maintenance information

Safety

: Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations

Coordination

: Coordinating with other management staff and outside contractors

Project management

: Managing projects assigned by management

Documentation

: Ensuring that all required documents are accurate for PM and repair data

Prepare maintenance plan & ensure for adherence

Communication

: Communicating with fab members and providing excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,941.98 per month
