Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting production uptime through rapid response and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging and processing machinery.

- Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize production downtime.

- Maintain and repair conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, water system, Boiler, ETP and other plant equipment.

- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for reliability and efficiency.

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within FMCG or similar high-speed manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with automated packaging lines, utilities, and mechanical systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
