Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out repairs as needed. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems. Conduct welding tasks for equipment repairs and modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external clients. Supervise junior staff or apprentices as required, providing guidance and leadership.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Welding skills for metal fabrication and repair work are advantageous. Solid electrical experience, including troubleshooting electrical systems. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive interaction with all stakeholders. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
