Job Description

Component Assembly:

This involves physically joining various parts according to specifications and blueprints.

Tooling and Equipment:

Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to facilitate the assembly process.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that the assembled components and final product meet quality standards through inspections and testing.

Documentation:

Following established procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols throughout the assembly process.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during assembly to maintain production flow.

Process Improvement:

Continuously optimizing assembly processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Collaboration:

Working with engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure smooth integration and problem-solving. Drilling, tapping, and reaming holes to align and secure components. Installing moving parts like shafts and levers. Connecting electrical components and wiring. Testing the assembled machine to verify functionality. Reworking or repairing assembled equipment as needed. Maintaining an inventory of parts and tools.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
