The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility of taking ownership of the project deliverables with on time and quality and working towards delighting the Customer. Capable of managing the team in all aspects like, progress monitoring, ensuring quality of work, training / guidance etc. Responsible for the review, assessment and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure Equipment, process piping & Above Ground Storage Tanks etc and the development of Inspection plan documentation, risk assessments and Written Schemes of Examination. Provide effective technical advice to the inspection team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed and work is completed in accordance with the company\'s technical procedures. Experience in Risk Based Inspection project execution and implementation with any RBI Software Working experience in Corrosion Systemization and Circuitization identification and marking in Process Flow and Piping & Instrumentation diagrams. Capable of identifying appropriate Corrosion / Damage mechanisms with reference to API RP 571 / NACE Standards / Customer guidelines. Capable of preparing Inspection plan / strategy with all required details / information. Liaise with Customer focal point on day-to-day activities. Ensure that any actions arising from inspection activities are fully reported and communicated with the Integrity Team and Client. Perform effective review of inspection data / reports, results trending and remnant life assessments, perform fitness-for-service assessments and provide recommendations for repair and replacement methodologies. Carrying out root cause analysis and failure investigation on systems and equipment whenever required. Provide timely guidance to the Integrity Team as and when required. Ensure project activities are performed in accordance with the applicable international standards, Regulatory requirement and industry standards. Co-ordinate and participate in periodic plant and equipment history reviews in order to maximize plant availability. Co-ordinate and action results from associated failure investigations / significant anomalies. Required Skills (Technical Competency): 5 to 10 years of specific experience in Asset Integrity Management, Risk Based Inspection methodology implementation and In-Service Inspection. Experience and knowledge of integrity management software systems such as GE APMS, API RBI, Credo, RBMI, etc. is preferred. Thorough understanding of NDT techniques and in-service application of NDT methods. Thorough understanding of defect assessment techniques in accordance with relevant codes / standards. Thorough knowledge of pressure vessel and piping and inspection codes / standards / regulatory requirements. Plant inspection or API certification, with associated experience. 2D/3D CAD knowledge (AutoCad)3D CAD knowledge (SmartPlant)Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Integrate equipment in the piping networks in 3D model,Proceed to the spooling of piping networks in the 3D model,Respect the pipe stress analysis reports Desired Skills: University Degree inMaterials/Mechanical/Industrial/ Metallurgical Engineering. Versatile and flexible team player with good verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English language.
