Job Opening: Mechanical Engineer (Fresher)

Role:

Quality Engineer / Production Engineer

Experience:

Fresher (0-1 year)

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

For Quality Engineer Role:

Assist in inspecting materials and final products to ensure quality standards. Conduct quality checks during the manufacturing process. Support the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation (ISO, QA reports, etc.). Identify defects and report deviations to the concerned departments. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

For Production Engineer Role:

Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor. Maintain production logs, reports, and shift schedules. Assist in achieving production targets with minimal downtime. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for process improvements. Implement standard operating procedures and ensure safety compliance.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and engineering drawings. Basic knowledge of production tools, measuring instruments, and quality control techniques. Willingness to learn and work in a factory/shop-floor environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
