Planning

: Plan work activities, manage the allocation of materials, and ensure the right tools and equipment are available.

Problem-solving

: Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and liaise with other departments to resolve technical issues or disagreements.

Training

: Ensure team members have the necessary training and skills for their roles.
Typical qualifications

Education

: A diploma or ITI in a mechanical or related field is often required.

Experience

: Experience in mechanical work.

Skills

: The ability to read blueprints, manage a team, and maintain a safe working environment is crucial.
