Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities of mechanical equipment and systems. Allocate tasks to technicians and fitters based on job priorities and skillsets. Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance is carried out as per maintenance plans. Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate corrective action. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment. Coordinate with other departments to minimize equipment downtime. Train and guide junior staff and technicians. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory regulations. Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
