Typical and Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate activities of mechanical technicians and fitters; delegate tasks and monitor team performance.28
Maintenance and Repairs:
Plan, execute, and oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for a variety of rotating and stationary equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps, turbines, engines, gas generators).679
Installation:
Manage the mechanical installation and commissioning of new equipment; ensure proper alignment, mounting, and testing.5
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical faults, assess equipment conditions, and lead repairs or parts replacement.26
Safety and Compliance:
